   I cannot recommend Joe McPherson enough when it comes to Road Traffic Offences in Scotland. I was charged with dangerous driving, which carries a minimum of a 12 month ban if found guilty, not to mention the fine. Joe worked tirelessly on the run up to my day in court and managed to get the charge reduced to careless driving before I took the stand. I ended up with 8 points and a £600 fine, which was a huge relief. Joe listened to everything I had to say and then guided me down the right path. He has integrity and decency and does a ‘bloody good job’. Please do not waste your time or money going anywhere else. I cannot recommend him enough.

   I was recently accused of 2 road traffic offenses for Failure to stop and Failure to report.. I contacted this firm and was appointed Joseph MacPherson as my solicitor. He was flawless, reassuring and confident in his professionalism at all times. I felt I could trust him with my life and it paid of I was acquitted of both charges and hope to never be in this position again. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone who is ever in a position like this and I will always remember how absolutely Incredible his service was from start to finish. Thank you again Joe ?

   Without Joseph representing me in court today I’m sure I would have been disqualified from driving.
   The case was presented extremely well with unusual circumstances and the judge was heard to mention this.
   I would recommend Joseph McPherson to represent anyone who may have any driving cases in Scottish courts

   Joseph was excellent
   I could of faced a 6 month ban and with his skill and expertise he presented a forceful case for me
   My ban was reduced to a manageable time period in my job as a doctor working hard in my community
