   wish i didnt bother with this firm consistently giving the defendant more and more time and just so happens when you call them because of lack of communication they have just sent you a letter (update) it has been a few weeks since my complaint still nothing been sorted the will lie to your face and send people who dont even work for them to your property regarding your case and the people they send dont know the case i think i would of been better fighting my case on my own properly would of got somewhere quicker
