   Very friendly staff very professional. would suggest a bit more of communication with the client I understand that at times there is not much to say but it will make the client feel better. Thank you again for everything I know is not been easy.

   Very disappointed been trying to get hold of my wife’s lawyer for nearly 5hrs. Can’t even get through to her office it’s a call centre. And everyone we have spoken to have taken her details saying they will mark it urgent. Have we heard from anyone. No. Communication is a disgrace.

   Derek Carrigan assisted me with my road traffic accident claim. I found him to be professional, extremely experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, responsive and honest. I was kept in the loop throughout the claims process and the positive outcome at the end was far better than I had hoped for. Derek is clearly very intelligent and in demand in his line of work. Very straightforward to deal with and knew exactly what he was doing at every point of the process.
