   We contacted them after my husband’s accident, they sent paperwork out with was really vague and did not fully explain how much they would earn from claim, we asked for clarity in an email it took a week to respond, after i have prompted them. Katie said she would come out, again about 10 days later, and at 9pm the night before text to cancel. Extremely poor customer service, i was told how fantastic they were.. my experience so far is far from fantastic.

   Very Very Sorry for giving you only 1 Star that was a mistake on my part sincere Apologies.
   Rateing you – NOW 5 STARS reason is Personal Experience e.g on enquiring about issues related to various area of law- although Irwin Mitchell could NOT Accommodate me due to the Complexity of my case I received a nice letter from Irwin Mitchell NOTE : Not MANY Companies do this today OVERHAUL A VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED & CUSTOMER FOCUSED COMPANY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

   I called regarding a medical negligence matter. I was told there was a medical negligence however the money I would receive would be far less than I would have to pay Irwin Mitchell. I feel they didn’t care!
