I recommend to all, he is equal for all ethnic groups.” about him in July 2010 when he achieved the goal and won the appeal which was not possible to ordinary solicitors. My Brother-in-Laws “Butt brothers” were applied visa for private medical treatment in the UK to the British Embassy Abu Dhabi but refused and granted limited right of appeal on Article 6 of ECHR. My brother-in-Laws were worried but I was not because I have access to the Simon Canter and I believe on him. Simon said he will fight but Article 6 only would be very hard but he did work very hard and proved that I was right and believe is true. Appeal allowed. He is amazing in all types of immigration matters. If you have any problem to your any sort of immigration matter; do not hesitate and contact with Simon Cater he is very friendly and cooperative person. (Mr F Baig – Entry Clearance on medical grounds Appeal Allowed.) Baby Rabbits October 6, 2014 Viewers read my views carefully and take decision sensibly your future is in your hands! Once again I have got a chance to leave feedback for the best possible outcome of our DLR application prepare by one of the best barristers Ms. Zoe Jacob in Richmond Chambers. As I have mentioned in my previous feedback about Mr.Paul Richmond’s outstanding effort so I am in the UK with Leave to Remain. Although my previous solicitor tried to ruin my family’s future but I am extremely lucky I found Mr. Paul Richmond contact through the internet and turned my application 180 degree so Home Office had to allow our appeal. My very kind advice to all applicants whoever is applying or planning to apply for any sort of application please find a dedicated, serious and helpful barrister like Mr. Paul Richmond or Ms. Zoe Jacob because Home Office rules are very strict now and the solicitors in the shops or in a flats just have one short course and they begin to give advice to the people and ruin their future. Immigration issue is a serious issue you have to be very careful. I am trying to share my personal experience with another solicitor. Remember one thing those solicitors are very clever in talking, at first appointment you may feel this solicitor is very clever he/she knows all immigration rules and laws but at the matter of fact he/she is trying to say what you want to listen. Sorry to say those are not solicitors or advisor those are people could not have a job elsewhere so they opened the business to make money. If you want to see the quality of their work please ask your solicitor to show bundle of documents he/she sent to Home Office and take that bundle to Richmond Chambers you will know why your application is refused.
