   They took over what I thought had been a hopeless care from another ‘personal injury’ solicitor – the sort that charged a lot and did next to nothing. It took a while but DB came up trumps. I was surprised to get a decent cheque after about 4 year wait. Worth it. Happy to give DB and the process every recommendation.

   Shame I can’t give 1 star, totally useless. 1 year down the line and nothing. I had to force them to contact the other insurance as they didn’t want to. They wanted to obtain a police report directly in Spain which they still didn’t have but when they eventually spoke to the other insurance they gave them it with days. Total waste of a year.
   Attitude stinks, don’t want to fight for us like they say. If you don’t have independent witnesses don’t bother as if they may have to fight for it they won’t.

   Useless, unhelpful constantly asked for the same information over and over. Never once gave me full details of my case until the very end. Case eventually flipped to a useless trainee but it’s okay by the time my case was resolved and they had finally managed to apply on my behalf I think she was fully qualified. Nothing digby Brown done for me I couldn’t have done myself yet they take 25 percent for probably stalled my case rather than helping it along.
