   Our buyers are using this firm. We were supposed to complete our sale 3 weeks ago but they advised our solicitor the day before that they would not be able to complete. Apparently searches were not done (?). Again, we were supposed to complete our sale today, 3 weeks later. My solicitor advised me today that he has spoken to 3 different people from DC Law today (24/7/20) who advised him that funds were “on the way”. At time of writing (gone 5pm), our solicitor confirmed no receipt of funds from DC LAW. How can they get away with this? Can they be any more unprofessional? No communication to our solicitor? Have we completed the sale? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS DC LAW, yes I am aware you cannot respond due to conflict of interest so don’t bother.

   PPS Have you seen the latest reviews for this business? Something has clearly gone seriously wrong

   Absolute shambles of a law firm. I will be reporting them to the legal ombudsman and the solicitors regulation authority tomorrow. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to use this “law firm” they never reply to calls or emails. They don’t seem to know what is going on and I’m surprised my sale hasn’t fallen through with the mistakes they have made so far. I was told that an important document that I need to sign has been sent to me recorded delivery. After chasing them up on it, as I never received it after 2 and 3 days , both times told that ” yes it has been sent”. Then to get an email 5 days later to say that they have lost it, and not even sent it! This is all 3 days before my supposed completion date! Unprofessional, inexperienced, incompetent is how I would describe this firm! I will be asking for a reduction or some for of compensation also, if they ever finally do manage to complete on my sale!
   Avoid at all costs!

   Been selling my house and buying my house since March, the lack of communication is disgraceful. I do not recommend these solicitors at all. You blame covid for your lack of communication however there have been complaints pre covid about the same issues.

   I have sent you an email to address [email protected] happy to turn this feedback into a positive if I get some answers .

   If I don’t hear nothing I will be going to my ombudsman and seeking further advice.

   Can not believe what a poor service large companies like this can get away with. Makes me think it has to be free because no one should have to pay for it!
   We had acceptance of purchase 10 weeks ago now on our dream home in Stockton.
   We and our solicitor were ready to complete within 3 weeks.
   Our solicitor has been chasing constantly and has had the phone put down on her!
   They have lost signed for documents but then found them 2 weeks later.
   Unfortunately to this company you are just a number in a system and will be dealt with when they get round to it. We were eager to move this weekend as it’s a bank holiday and they have made that now impossible by just not responding. Everything is done yet we are now back in the queue waiting for a response!
   Worst service at a stressful time and sick of COVID been an excuse for being lazy!
