   Over the past 12 months I have used the services of Complete Clarity for three pieces of work involving a legal matter, house sale and conveyancing. The team are very professional, answered all my questions, handled all matters timeously and kept me informed of progress. I am very satisfied with the services and would highly recommend the company to others. I particularly like the open plan approach in the office as by walking in I dealt with a number of issues with the team in minutes, rather than waiting for returned calls or emails. An excellent all round service.

   I used them for debt collection on unpaid invoices we have and to start with everything seemed great but as the process went on we didn’t get a response to emails and kept getting told to give them more money for another month that didn’t seem to be going anywhere, we asked to raise the debtors to court and that was the last we heard as the emails sent since have been ignored.
   we are now looking into using another company even after paying complete clarity for this and starting the process all over again.
   I would recommend using elsewhere as it’s a stressful thing chasing money and wasn’t made any easier with them.

   Very very expensive. Suggest wrong routes to make you pay them more and more. Not helpful and mostly chasing for money. Overall very bad impression. By far the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. Better stay away by any cost.

   As far as my dealings with them are concerned , they showed complete lack of clarity and provided one of the worst experiences in dealing with any service providers ever , with a demand for full payment before submission of any invoice details as par for the course! We were recommended to them but would never recommend anyone else of that I am absolutely certain!

   As a first time buyer I cannot recommend Complete Clarity highly enough. My solicitor, Eilidh, was friendly and professional, kept me well informed throughout the process and was always happy to answer any queries I had. She helped make the whole experience relatively stress free.
