   Recently dealt with ASD as I was referred by a friend. They dealt with my claim efficiently and always helpful and informative, although my claim was a lengthy process, I expected this but kept me updated as much as I needed and always let me know if they was waiting on any particular information for them to proceed. Glad it was a local company that dealt with my claim as they was also competitive. Great people, great company. Top marks.

   Absolutely fantastic! Dealt with my claim very professionally have kept in contact all the way through my claim and have delivered a more than satisfactory settlement. In the unfortunate event of an accident I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

   I’d like to thank Chris Chappell for how he has dealt with my case for the last 32 months. It has been a long road, but we finally got there! Having never been through anything like this before, I was constantly asking questions, it didnt matter when it was, what time a day it was he always replied very quickly to give me the answers I required.
